B.   Approval of June 2024 Interim Rental Agreements

C.  Approval of 2024 Standard agreements (includes: vendor, entertainment,  exhibit, judging and service agreements)

The committee will report the April 9, 2024 meeting where they discussed the following:

  1.   Poultry processing for the 2024 auction.  Options include   elimination of custom processing selection.
  2.   Passing the credit card fees to the buyer for credit card purchases.

F.  Bids for Kids request for use of facility & equipment to conduct Wednesday Night Dinner, May 8, 2024.
