The following items are not allowed to be brought on to the fairgrounds:   No chairs, bicycles, hoverboards, skateboards, scooters, squirt guns, balloons, outside food or beverage (exception one unopened plastic water bottle per person, baby food and special dietetic needs foods), weapons including pocket knives or other objects, which may be a threat to the safety and security of other fairgoers, are not to be brought on to the fairgrounds.

Pets: No Pets allowed on the fairgrounds with the exception of Service Dogs and dogs participating in various shows such as the 4-H Dog Show on Friday only.

Misrepresentation of a service animal is a misdemeanor

State of California PENAL CODE Section 365.7

365.7. (a)  Any person who knowingly and fraudulently represents himself or herself, through verbal or written notice, to be the owner or trainer of any canine licensed as, to be qualified as, or identified as, a guide, signal, or service dog, as defined in subdivisions (d), (e), and (f) of Section 365.5 and paragraph (6) of subdivision (b) of Section 54.1 of the Civil Code, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment. (b)  As used in this section, “owner” means any person who owns a guide, signal, or service dog, or who is authorized by the owner to use the guide, signal, or service dog. (Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1257, Sec. 12. Effective January 1, 1995.)

At the Stages:  No video equipment or audio recorders are allowed in the Picnic Stage or the Leber Garden Stage areas.  Cameras are permitted for personal use only; images should not be distributed or sold.  No chairs can be brought on to the fairgrounds for these areas.

Lost Children: The designated family meeting area is the Information Booth just past the white planter boxes by the Main Gate Entrance. Please arrange to meet your children here if you get separated.

Smoking/Vaping:  There are designated smoking areas on the fairgrounds.  No Smoking or Vaping in areas other than those designated.  No smoking or Vaping in any buildings.

Smoking or ingesting Cannabis or Cannabis Products in a Public Place is Prohibited

State of California HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE – HSC 11362.3

(a) Section 11362.1 does not permit any person to:

(1) Smoke or ingest cannabis or cannabis products in a public place, except in accordance with Section 26200 of the Business and Professions Code.

(b)(2) “Smoke” means to inhale, exhale, burn, or carry any lighted or heated device or pipe, or any other lighted or heated cannabis or cannabis product intended for inhalation, whether natural or synthetic, in any manner or in any form. “Smoke” includes the use of an electronic smoking device that creates an aerosol or vapor, in any manner or in any form, or the use of any oral smoking device for the purpose of circumventing the prohibition of smoking in a place.

Carnival Ride Limits: Access to some carnival rides may be denied for visitors not meeting height requirements or those with a medical condition such as casts.

By entering the event, you consent to the Fair and its licensees to photographing, videoing, and/or using your image and likeness.
